Our litigation department performs all forms of litigation work, including commercial litigation, drafting of contracts, legal opinions as well as High Court and Magistrate’s Court Litigation. Klopper Jonker Inc. has distinguished itself in this field as is one of the leading litigation practises in the East Rand and Johannesburg.

Our litigation department is run by two of our directors; viz. Mr Willem Viviers and Mr Emile Ungerer, and is supported by three paralegals and two secretaries.

Some of our impressive clients include Tile Africa, Grinaker, Air Liquide, Xtra Space, Alberton Administrative Unit of the Ekurhuleni Metropolitan Municipality, Gecamines of the Democratic Republic of the Congo, the Midvaal Local Municipality and Gestetner. We have also previously been on the litigation panel of NBS Bank and Santam Bank.

We are also used as CORRESPONDENT OF CHOICE in Alberton and Germiston by outside attorneys and have a substantial correspondent practice.
